Erjon Uka

Erjon Uka has been serving as Advisor to the Minister of Education since October 2025.

With over ten years of professional experience, he has developed his career in the fields of marketing, management, and public relations. From 2021 to 2025, he held the position of Advisor to the Minister of Tourism and Environment.

Previously, he served as Head of the Marketing and Public Relations Department at Metropolitan Tirana University, worked as a consultant for several private companies, and contributed as a journalist to various media. Since 2019, he has also been engaged as an external lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, and at the Faculty of Economics, Metropolitan Tirana University.

Erjon Uka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics with a specialization in Business Management. He later completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing. During his studies, he also participated in an international exchange program at the University of Bologna, Italy, within the International Management program. He is currently pursuing his PhD studies at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana.

He has authored several scientific publications and articles in the field of digital marketing and online content strategy development. In addition, he has actively contributed to various working groups in the fields of tourism and environment, including the drafting of the National Tourism Strategy 2025–2030.
