Increasing capacities of CFCU staff
A training activity was organized on 23-25 September 2016 for the new recruited staff of the CFCU, in order to provide them with better knowledges for the main functionalities of the project management.
The staff was trained for different topics of the project cycle management. Specific training were handled on: Project cycle management; Procurement and Contracting issues; and Financial Management as per World Bank guidelines.
Senior staff members which are certified by ASPA (Albanian School of Public Administration) as Trainers, delivered the above topics.
This training event was supported from the Enhancing Quality of Financial Reporting Project.
